• Prices rebounded by 72.4%
• In less than a decade, sales tripled: from 43,443 in 2014 to 122,123 in 2023 (+181%)
• Construction cost increased by 25% (2016–2024)
• Building permits doubled: 30,678 in 2024, up 143% vs 2016, but still -61% below the 2007 high
• The average size of new buildings keeps getting smaller

Where do we stand in 2025?

The first quarter of 2025 recorded:

• 6,110 building permits
• 1,112,051 sqm of new construction
• Average surface per permit: 182 sqm

Demand remains strong, driven by:

• Local & international investment interest
• Evolving buyer expectations
• Shift toward energy-efficient and modern homes
